…because is red.
This won’t be as cryptic as it seems for those of you not aliens to Matrix universe. As Neo, I was 30 when decided to take the red pill. Sometimes I feel like I’m returning to Matrix…, but it’s just a nightmare; sometimes I wonder if I shouldn’t taken it and have had the blue one…
Nah… that’s bollocks!. I feel awesome.

Recently I had my private nightmare trying to explain…, well, better defend our poor ‘average’; it is most probably the most used and abused statistical measure, and is not always well employed. For starters, the biggest confussion between it and the ‘mean’ in probabilistic contexts; then, some misunderstandings on the use of the ‘median’, an ‘average’ ‘mean’ s cousin. Following with the lack of sampling information (type of sampling, sampling error, confidence, variance), and finishing with this post that hasn’t closed the gap between previous knowledge and current knowledge on the matter, for sure…, but that’s another history.
Although this blog doesn’t speak Spanish neither Valencian (my mother-language), and it hasn’t many visits…, and most probably none from Spain, not to think Valencian Community, here it comes.
Xavier Llinares, after initiating the ‘Valencianosfera‘ (Valencianosphere) project, proposes a get-2-gether (that’s it, an excuse to talk about what most we like drinking a few beers). I hope I could attend!.
“Se propone poner en marcha una Valencianosfera quedada, para que podamos vernos las caras y compartir un rato juntos.

Is the middle future Windows version a Linux distribution?. Will we see how all MS software works natively in their own Linux distro?. There’s plenty of possibilities to make money there for Redmond’s company…
You know quite a few companies are basing their business releasing enterprise distros of their free-gratis open source linux versions (i.e. RH or Novell), so it would make sense that a company with uncountable versions of its OS could follow a similar strategy in the near future, that could be followed by a MS-Linux-like experience.

Quantum physics has just brought me to the conclusion this blog is not so empty at the end of the day; it’s just it’s full of posts and anti-posts that come and go out of existence so fast RSS can’t get hold of them.
Now, I’m just hoping the Casimir Effect is not going to make ‘FM Waves’ an extinguished blog…
