Sleep Deprivation

The adverse effects of sleep deprivation are very well known by the military which have been studying the matter for so many years. Its effects on learning ability, memory, health, growth, origin of depression, and so on, are nowadays proven.
What’s the matter related with OR?: loads of applications. However, I’m only mentioning one today: lack of productivity at work!!!. Sleep, sleep, sleep, and well!.

PS. Not surprinsingly foes, it is considered the worst torture, even taking the subject to death!.
